Systemic thrombosis of unknown etiology. History of orthopedic procedure. Small pulmonary nodules. ? para-neoplastic process

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Extensive dural venous sinus thromboses, involving:

  • posterior aspect of the superior sagittal sinus
  • extending to the right transverse sinus
  • focal thrombi within bilateral sigmoid sinuses and the left transverse sinus
