Multiple venous varicosities are seen in the left adnexa extending into the uterus and vagina fed by a dilated left ovarian vein arising from the left renal vein.
46×36 mm fat-containing mass on the right ovary most likely consistent with a dermoid cyst.
Case Discussion
The CT features are consistent with pelvic venous insufficiency also known as pelvic congestion syndrome.
