Highly calcified reflective plaques seen at the tunica albuginea, mainly to the left side with clear distal attenuating shadow; in keeping with Peyronie disease.
Case Discussion
Sonographic features of Peyronie disease are usually present on the dorsal surface of the penis, and appear as echogenic plaques and calcifications (as in this case) involving the tunica albuginea.
