Ileocecal intussusception, with a 6.6 x 4.8 x 3.7 cm fat density mass projecting into the ascending and transverse colon. The mass appears to be continuous with a thin, fat-containing tract along the expected location of the terminal ileum. There is a small amount of stranding/irregularity about the cecum with a small amount of intraluminal fluid. Appendix is normal. No adenopathy. No small bowel obstruction. No other acute findings.
