Subpleural reticular opacity with a basal predominance with immediate subpleural sparing. There is associated traction bronchiectasis. No honeycombing. Small bilateral pulmonary nodules.
Case Discussion
The patient had been treated with methotrexate for her rheumatoid arthritis and this is the presumed cause of the NSIP.
