A well-defined oval intradural extramedullary lesion is seen at the level of L1-L2 of right lateral location. It appears of low signal on T1, high signal on T2 with a central cystic area and peripheral enhancement. The conus medullaris is compressed and displaced to the left with mild oedema. No extension is seen through the adjacent foraminal recess.
