Heel pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Bony prominence is seen on postero-superior aspect of calcaneal tuberosity. There is also calcaneal spur in inferior aspect.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with Haglund deformity which is defined as bony enlargement formed at posterosuperior aspect of the calcaneum. This deformity leads to retrocalcaneal bursitis.
