A 110×107×98mm multi-vesicular cyst occupying the entire right lobe of the liver. Daughter cysts of varying sizes are seen predominantly in the periphery of the giant mother cyst. Peripheral incomplete coarse calcification is evident. Interruption of the superoanterior cyst wall adjacent to a bile duct suggest cystobiliary communication. Dilatation intra-extrahepatic biliary ducts is present.
