Bilateral painless neck swelling

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Homogeneously and vividly enhancing soft tissue masses seen at the carotid bifurcation bilaterally, with splaying of the ICA and ECA.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with bilateral carotid body tumors. Bilaterality is not common.
