Partial agenesis of corpus callosum with a T1 hyperintense pericallosal lipoma is present.
Right lateral ventricle choroid plexus lipoma also is seen.
Case Discussion
Approximately 5% of all primary brain tumors are intracranial lipomas and almost half of all intracranial lipomas are pericallosal lipomas. Corpus callosal anomalies usually are seen in cases with pericallosal lipomas.
