"Tightness in stomach"

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

The liver is markedly enlarged filling most of the abdomen and studded with numerous variable sized cysts of varying densities.

Both kidneys are displaced downwards with multiple cysts.

Marked abdominal free ascites.

The spleen is normal in size and position.
