Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Intermittent painless vaginal bleeding.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
mri

Barrel-shaped thickening and loss of normal low signal intensity of the cervix that extends into the upper anterior vagina and parametrium are seen (T2B).

Abnormal enhancing lymphadenopathy measuring about 10 x 14 mm is seen near to the right internal iliac chain (N1).

No distance metastasis also is noted (M0).

Case Discussion

The recent patient case was cervical cancer, stage IIIC1 according to the FIGO staging system. The TMN staging also is categorized as T2B N1 M0.
