Multiple calcified subependymal tubers are noted.
Calcified large subcortical tuber is also visualized in the right frontal lobe.
Intensely enhancing round hyperdense mass is seen in subependymal location of frontal horns of the right lateral ventricle causing compression over the right foramen of Monro and resultant dilatation of right lateral ventricle.
Case Discussion
The features are more in favor of tuberous sclerosis with subependymal giant astrocytoma.
