Acute hemorrhagic contusion is noted in the right frontal lobe in cortical topography.
No subdural, epidural or intracerebral hematoma formation.
Case Discussion
Cerebral hemorrhagic contusions is common in the setting of head injury and are usually seen in the convexities of the frontal lobes.
