Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

There is a well-defined round filling defect within the bladder adjacent to the left VUJ related to the prolapsed of the dilated distal ureter into the bladder lumen.

Case Discussion

Intravesical ureterocele, also known as "simple" or "orthotopic" ureterocele. There is a congenital prolapse of a dilated distal ureter into the bladder lumen.

Considerably less common than the ectopic variety and is almost always confined to the adult population.
