Facial deformity and asymmetry.

Age: 15
Gender: Female

Expanded right greater wing of sphenoid, right maxilla and right zygoma with an homogeneuos ground glass appearence preserving corticomedullary differentiation. 

 

Case Discussion

Craniofacial fibrous dysplasia is considered as a monostotic dysplasia despite multiple cranial bones being affected.
