AP view: irregular thin dense line is noted at the neck of proximal phalanx of the 4th finger with apparently normal alignment of the phalanx.
Lateral and oblique views: dorsally displaced fracture of the neck of proximal phalanx of the 4th finger.
Case Discussion
This case clearly shows a fracture. The important note is that any suspected fracture must be checked in at least 2 views, as one view could show adequate alignment and hardly identified fracture line.
