Diffuse circumferential thickening of the gastric wall extending from the cardia to the antrum, hypodense with no significant enhancement, containing multiple punctate calcifications with partial obliteration of the mucus layer. There is a perigastric fat infiltration with associated ascites (mixed gelatinous/fluid on ultrasound).
Note a small cortical nodule of the left kidney of fatty density (most likely angiomyolipoma)
Chest CT was unremarkable
