Presentation

Large palpable soft tissue mass left breast.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
mammography

There is a 45x90 mm large well-circumscribed, oval mass containing both fat and soft-tissue density with a thin, radiopaque pseudocapsule suggestive for fibroadenolipoma (hamartoma) in the left breast. This has a breast within a breast appearance.

Scattered punctuate microcalcifications within the mass appear benign type.
