Diffuse nodular interlobular and interlobar septal thickening is noted. Traction bronchiectasis with honeycombing seen in subpleural and basal regions consistent with established fibrosis.
Case Discussion
Features are compatible with chronic fibrotic lung disease, most probably pulmonary sarcoidosis. HRCT is the exam of choice for detecting subtle pulmonary changes as well as for differentiating active inflammation from pulmonary fibrosis in pulmonary sarcoidosis.
Dr. Farhad Farzam Has also contributed to this case.
