- Two well-defined rounded hepatic focal lesions are seen; the larger, exophytic lesion is at the left hepatic lobe (segment II) and measures 67x57x60 mm and the smaller one is at the right hepatic lobe (segment VII) and measures 45x43x39 mm. They appear as cystic lesions of fluid signal intensity with multiple serpentine structures floating inside them, consistent with floating undulating membranes and detached endocyst, consistent with the water lilly sign. No post-contrast enhancement seen in any phase of the study. The diffusion weighted sequence shows central diffusion restriction of the lesions.
- Other findings: splenomegaly and gallbladder stones.
