Lhermitte-Duclos disease

Discussion:

This lesion was incidentally discovered 15 years previously. Comparison with the previous study (which was in hard copy) revealed no significant change in the appearance or pattern of this lesion which indicated a benign nature. It is most probably a hamartoma and the possibility of dysplastic cerebellar gangliocytoma is the most favorable diagnosis. Unfortunately, the patient refused undergo biopsy.
