Alignment is normal. No fracture or facet joint widening. Disc spaces are preserved. No prevertebral soft tissue swelling.
Incidental accessory bone articulating with the occipital bone lateral to the right occipital condyle and the adjacent right transverse process of the atlas (an unfused paracondylar process).
