Findings was changed:

- Chordae tendineae attached mainly to a single papilary muscle (parachute(parachute mitral valve).- Thin mitral membrane (green arrow head).-

Left ventricular outflow tract partially obstructed by the ventricular septum; notice the flow artifact -occurs at a valvular level due to a a bicuspid aortic valve.- Severe ductal aortic coarctation associated with dilated mamary artery and scapular collaterals.
