the patient has history of multiple surgerysurgeries due to recurrence Rt submandibular gland pleomorphic adenoma 

the expansile lytic lesion in the mandible was present 7 years previously but he feels it  for four years  

at the age of 26, we faced a case and we thought of metastasis and we took a chest X-ray we find a single nodule later we arrangedAct and we found to be two lesions 

The patient underwent resectresecting of the lytic lesion in the mandible + bone graftand sene for histopathology which proved to be metastatic deposits of pleomorphic adenoma but with benign histology
