There is a well-defined lesion at 12 o'clock; measuring about 20 x 18 x 18 mm. The lesion is in subcutaneous plane abutting skin with the presence of a tiny tract from the lesion to the skin. The lesion is heterogeneous with mobile echoes without calcification. Small lobulations and posterior acoustic enhancement are present. It is mildly compressible. There is a thin capsule around the lesion which shows focal breach. There is no intralesional flow. However, there is increased perilesional flow along with perilesional echogenic fat.
Rest of the breast shows prominently fatty breast parenchyma.
