A rounded well-defined lesion within the left thalamus of inhomogeneous high signal intensity on T1WI, low signal intensity on FLAIR, T2WI, with signal loss on GE and high signal on DWI with low ADC. Minimal perilesional edema is noted. No enhancement seen on postcontrast sequences.
