Bilateral proptosis with enlargement of the lacrimal glands with homogenous enhancement.
Case Discussion
Orbital lymphoma usually appears as a soft tissue mass, frequently in the upper outer quadrant of orbit, associated with lacrimal glands. Bilateral enlargement of lacrimal glands in this patient is due to pathologically-proven orbital MALT lymphoma.
