Anorectal malformation.

Age: Neonate
Gender: Female

There is an ovoid cystic lesion at the tip of the conus (which terminates at L1/L2 level). No other abnormality is demonstrated.

Case Discussion

In our department, we routinely perform a cranial, renal and spine ultrasound on patients with anorectal malformation prior to surgery.
