Case contributed by Fateme Hosseinabadi
Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Primary infertility.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

Hysterosalpingogram reveals right paramedian solitary horn and fallopian tube, with fusiform shape of the uterus (unicornis unicollis), and peritoneal contrast spillage. It doses not exclude the presence of non-communicating rudimentary horn with or without an endometrial cavity.

Case Discussion

Unicornuate uterus is class II of Mullerian duct anomaly. MRI of the pelvis should be performed to evaluate the presence of a non-communicating rudimentary horn. Kidney ultrasound for potential renal anomalies should be performed.
