CT findings: Dominant left circulation, ectatic LMCA with no significant stenosis.
LAD - long artery that reaches and wraps around the apex, it supplies two diagonal branches (the D2 is a large bifurcating artery) and many septal perforators, the proximal, and mid LAD is ectatic as both mounts to 7 mm in diameter. No significant stenosis was noted.
LCX - dominant ectatic artery that supplies a large ectatic OM branch, PLA and PDA; No significant stenosis
RCA - a non-dominant artery that ends at the acute margin of the heart, normal caliber and free of significant stenosis.
