The MRI sequences demonstrate a small nodular mass within the right rectus abdominis muscle, of high signal intensity on T1WI/T1 fat sat, low signal intensity on T2WI with moderate enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
The uterus is normal in size, shape and signal intensity.
Both ovaries show numerous follicles, largest on the right (22 mm).
Minimal effusion in Douglas pouch.
Case Discussion
MRI features are suggestive of scar endometriosis.
