Diffuse bilateral pulmonary involvement due to peribronchovascular and subpleural opacities, predominantly central/perihilar, thickening of interlobular septa, and opacities in ground glass at the apexes configuring mosaic paving patterns. Such changes suggest pulmonary interstitial oedema, and in this clinical context, "crack lung".
