Severe osteoarthritis of the left lateral tibiofemoral compartment with joint space narrowing and marginal osteophyte formation. Large intra-articular body within the suprapatellar recess.

Intra-articular bodies are not uncommon in osteoarthritis and can be a cause of symptoms by causing joint locking.
