Retroperitoneal liposarcoma, fat-containing adrenal cortical carcinoma, renal angiomyolipoma, and teratoma, are fat containing lesions in this location.
Large, left-sided almost entirely fat density adrenal mass with a circumscribed appearance. Imaging appearance is suggestive of adrenal myelolipoma.
