Headache.

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

Extra-axial mass with that follows CSF signal on all sequences. Mild mass effect at right middle cranial fossa is seen. There is no restricted diffusion, no solid component, and no enhancement. 

Features are characteristic of an arachnoid cyst.
