Case Discussion

The round ligament attaches to the anterolateral uterine fundus below the fallopian tubes. It courses through the inguinal canal and terminates in the labium major. The endometriotic lesions involve round ligaments in up to 14% of cases. Thus, a systematic radiologic assessment of these ligaments is very important.
