Extensive edema and pain in the gluteal region, after the application of a foreign modelling agent for "aesthetic reasons."

Unenhanced CT images and tridimensional reconstruction shows heterogeneous material in the superficial adipose muscle plane with nodular densification with oval and linear calcifications and increase soft tissue volume in the buttocks that extends into the thighs. There are no organized collections.
