There is moderate to large amount of low density material within the peritoneal cavity with strands of high density, particularly in the pelvis, likely early calcification. Thickening and enhancement of the peritoneum and scalloping of the surface of the liver, compatible with pseudomyxoma peritonei. A 6mm calcific density is seen in segment 7 of the liver. Portal and hepatic veins are patent. There is a mild degree of infiltration of the omental fat in the left mid abdomen.
