Giant right frontal subcutaneous arteriovenous malformation (AVM). The nidus measured 47x23 mm and was fed by branches from the ipsilateral external carotid artery. There were also bilateral markedly dilated maxillary, facial and superficial temporal draining veins. No intracranial communication or extension.
