Case Discussion

Staging study for a malignant pelvic mass with large, pedunculated hepatic hemangioma between the left hepatic lobe and spleen. The thin stalk is very difficult to see, and this could be mistaken for a malignant mass if unfamiliar with this diagnosis. The comparison from 6 years ago helps: it has only slightly grown.
