Displaced fracture of the left iliac blade. Fractures are also seen involving the left inferior and superior pubic rami and displacement of the fractured bony fragment into the pelvis. Note there is disturbance of iliopectineal and ilioischial lines indicating involvement of the anterior and posterior acetabular columns.
