Presentation

Nodule hard and painful, with rapid growth.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Focal abnormal infiltration high signal along the deep muscular fascia between the muscle fibers with “tail sign”.

The lesion has an isointense signal in T1, weakly hyperintense in T2 and hyperintense in the STIR sequences.

After contrast, it shows intense contrast enhancement.
