Small 8 mm hyperdense round focus just above the right carotid bifurcation sitting between the ECA and ICA. This does not communicate with the artery and therefore does not represent a traumatic pseudoaneurysm. It is favoured to represent a small incidental carotid body tumour (paraganglioma).
