There is a 5 x 6 mm sharply circumscribed non-enhancing high T2 signal region in the anterior pituitary presumably represents a Rathke's cleft cyst.
Optic chiasm, cavernous sinuses, and suprasellar region appear unremarkable.
The remainder of the imaged brain appears unremarkable.
Asymmetrical dilatation of the right lateral ventricle occipital horn is seen could be due to an intraventricular cyst.
