Focal lesion with cystic centre, mural nodule (scolex) and subtle perilesional edema in right parietal lobe; centre of lesion is of CSF signal intensity on all pulse sequences; peripheral rim is isointense on T1 and mildly hypointense on T2 Weighted Scans.
Body of left hippocampus and collateral sulcus are abnormally vertically oriented. However, no obvious evidence of mesial temporal sclerosis is seen.
