Hepatic adenoma. Well-circumscribed nodule that consists of:

  • Sheets of hepatocytes with bubbly vacuolated cytoplasm - that are on a regular reticulin scaffold and less or equal to three cell thick.
  • Lack identifiable portal triad (consisting of bile ductule, venule and arteriole).
