Presentation

Pain in the left hip.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Osseous bump along the lateral aspect of left femoral head-neck junction with reduced head-neck offset.

Overcoverage of the left femoral head by left acetabular labrum.

Partial tears in the anterosuperior labrum.

Small erosions in superolateral aspects of the left femoral head.

Significant loss and irregularity of articular cartilage along left acetabulofemoral joint with reduced acetabulofemoral joint space, subchondral cysts in lateral acetabular margin, and small marginal osteophytes.

Right acetabulofemoral joint including articular cartilage and labrum appear unremarkable.

Surrounding myofascial planes are unremarkable.
