A left-sided adnexal cystic mass lesion noted showing predominantly both T1 and T2 hyperintense signal with suppression in the fat-saturation sequence (denoting fat content) as well as a small enhancing soft tissue component. These features are in favour of an ovarian dermoid cyst.
