Abdominal pain and hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Mild left hydronephrosis and hydroureter seen down to an approximately 3 mm calculus in the distal left ureter just proximal to the left ureterovesical junction. Also noted a tiny non-obstructing right lower pole renal calculus.

Case Discussion

Nephrolithiasis in this patient was found to be a recurring problem with at least 2 prior stones in the past.
